The existing lighting in the carpark was well outside of its efficiency stage and struggling to provide suitable illumination. With its existing fittings being over 15 years old, using 100W metal halide lamps with poor reflectance. With poor outputs the carpark felt dated and lacked the ambience the shopping centre desired.
