The light is flickering when turn on

We Installed 4 Solar lights as mentioned.

Customer informed that 2 stopped working, after a conversation with Jason Wood (MELEC REP) we received 2 replacements from Ideal Maroochydore.

We reattended and removed the 2 light heads using a cherry picker.
Found both faulty head units with water ingress pouring out of the sealed section of the fitting.
Replacement was completed and lights are working

Please note: We have video proof of water pouring out of fitting if required.

Travelled to sight and assessed fault, removed light and returned to wholesaler.
Returned to site to fit replacement

Attended site and found lights won't turn on. Removed and returned to the wholesaler.
Returned to site and replaced new light.

We now have a second faulty floodlight that is flickering.

Replacements were provided and have been replaced as required.

Client complaining Sensor spot light would not turn off.
fault finding
- sensor was found on, on arrival
- de-energied sensor spot at switch
- without triggering sensor, watched sensor light time out after inital energisation eg. 5 sec
-triggered sensor, sensor light then did not time out, adjusted time to lowest setting, adjusted all other settings to suit.
- test light again, by de-energise / energise, once again same as above was the result.

Attended site to swap out faulty melec twin spot sensor.
No one home at the time and no access to switchboard as it was padlocked. Able to swap out sensor as power to fitting was turned off. Unable to test. Have left note for owner to contact us if any issues.

Faulty fitting to be retained for warranty purposes.

I attended to inspect the front sensor light. The warm white chips inside the light had failed, so I switched the colour to a cool white light. The light is now working and sensing as normal.

Found both to be faulty.

Supplied and replaced both with new under warranty.

Tested successfully.

Attended site to investigate faulty single white sensor spotlight (unit not turning off). Assessed for warranty replacement replaced with new Melec single sensor white spotlight

Attended site for warranty swap of melec twin spot white sensor. Installed new fitting, tested and working correctly. Old fitting retained for warranty return.

Attended site for sensor spot light that would not turn off. Fitting was one installed by us previously. Tested fitting and found that it indeed did not turn off after motion sensor triggered. Replaced with new, adjusted positioning and settings and tested. All now working correctly. Old fitting retained for warranty return.

a. Attend site to replace faulty wall light above building entry.

found water ingress in the light fitting, the wall behind the fitting was dry.
install new fitting including base, silicon seal thy back of the light fitting at penetrations.
Silicon seal the top fixing screw to limit water ingress.
Test circuit & light. PASS

M-elec sensor light does not turn off when on sensor anymore
Replaced faulty double spotlight with sensor with a new light fitting.

All tested successfully.

Sensor light permanently stuck on. Not found to be in bypass mode. Attempted adjustment but no luck.
