To make your free 3-year Onsite Warranty claim process faster and smoother, you can now submit your claim directly through our website rather than going through Sparkys United. Lodgement Process

1. Select the brand and complete the claim form
Choose either M-Elec or Zephyr
2. Enter product details
List all products that were installed
Specify the number of faulty products that were replaced
Example: ML-MR8-M  10 installed – 1 faulty
3. Upload supporting documents
Provide either: Proof of purchase, or A previous OSW Certificate and dated photo showing the faulty product or issue
4. Provide labour and equipment details
Enter the total time taken to replace the faulty products
Include proof of hire equipment costs if any equipment was hired for the rectification work
5. Describe the fault and resolution
What the issue or fault was
How the issue was identified and addressed
What corrective action was taken to resolve it

Approval Information

M-Elec will assess all submitted information & reserves the right to decline any claim for reasons including, but not limited to:
   1.  No proof of purchase or photo uploaded
   2.  Incorrect product lodging
   3.  Any misleading information

What To Do When My Claim Is Approved

If you lodged the claim before completing repairs
Return to the place of purchase and obtain replacement products
Complete the rectification work
Return the faulty products to the place of purchase
Once these steps are completed and your claim is approved, continue to the next step
If the repairs have already been completed
Your claim will be assessed by the warranty team after submission
After approval
You will receive an OSW Certificate approval email
Follow the instructions in the email to upload your invoice
The invoice amount must match the approved claim amount
Payment
If the invoice is correct, payment will be made within 28 days of receiving the invoice
